Montrice has over 20 years of experience in Small Business Administration, Church Growth and Development, and Youth Ministry. Montrice also has a strong background in the Early Childhood Development and the Childcare Industry. Having worked in both center based and family daycare environments she was inspired to create her own curriculum, used by both home and center based facilities. Following in her mother and older sister's footsteps in the childcare field, Montrice opened her own child & development center and soon began coaching childcare and daycare directors and providers. Montrice has owned two out of the three Child & Development Centers which she operated. She coached and mentored women for over 20 years before launching her online programs.
